Check-Weighing Machines
Boxes are packed with cartons and loaded on the roller conveyor.
The boxes forced on the weigh station. Each box is weighed and is compared with the pre-set value of the weight. Depending on the accuracy of the model, the less or more weighed box is rejected and is pushed out in to the REJECT BIN.The speed is depending on the weight and the size of the carton.
The weight of the each box is displayed and is stored in the memory, Which can be recalled and tabulated and used as required.
